Birding at the Ministry of Public Relations for half an hour produced
the Ashy Minivet still present plus a significant number of migrant
Black-naped Orioles (typical for this time if the year). The biggest surprise was a pair of Plain-backed Sparrows, which are now pretty rare in the inner city.
